 An official announcement has been released on the much-awaited film Thor: Love and Thunder. They have announced that the movie will be released on February 11, 2022.

Chris Hemsworth will return as the titular character, Tessa Thompson will be back as Valkyrie, and Natalie Portman will reprise her role as Jane Foster. Christian Bale is entering the Marvel Cinematic Universe as a villain in "Thor 4."

The 36-year-old actor will reprise his Marvel role as the God of Thunder for "Thor: Love and Thunder," which will highlight the return of a few MCU actors and some new additions to the cast.

Taika Waititi will compose the script, direct, and give voice to the character Korg. Taika waititi said "It's going to be bigger and louder and more bombastic". He also added "It's only interesting to me if we're doubling down on how nuts 'Ragnarok' was."

Guardians of the Galaxy

Hemsworth shared similar opinions on the storyline, and said that "one of the best scripts I've read in years."According to Vin Diesel, characters from "Guardians of the Galaxy" will have some sort of part in "Thor: Love and Thunder." Waititi told that "Thor 4" will begin shooting in August 2020.
